This aerial photograph was taken from a fixed wing plane over Western Australia.
Useless Loop is a working salt mine in mid-north WA. With some of the purest salt in the world produced here, the pastel palette of colours creates a calm, almost serene mood. When viewed large, this fine art photograph shows a “paint brush” style look through the lakes & ponds, blurring the lines between what is real and what is illusory.
